You may arrive 15 minutes before the party start time to set up. The door will remain locked until 15 minutes before and only the guardians + birthday child/siblings will be allowed in until party start time.
The party package includes two 8’ solid color disposable tablecloths, white tableware (plates, utensils, napkins), and a customized digital birthday banner at the entrance.
Balloon arches/garlands: There will be a secured wire extending across the party room ceiling where a 12 ft long (or less) balloon garland can be attached. Due to limited space, we will not allow a balloon arch for photo backdrops. Please note: Balloons cannot be popped inside of the facility or in the parking lot. If a balloon garland is brought in, it must leave the property with you.
Wall decor/banners: You may bring in a banner to hang on wall; however, it must be secured with the tape provided by us to prevent damaging the walls.
Yes, you may bring in outside food for no additional fee. Outside food must not require the use of an outlet (hot plates, croc pots, or any other warming devices). Ice chests are allowed to be brought in, but you must supply your own ice. There is a freezer available at the facility for ice cream only. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Adults must wear socks (no grip required, but preferred). If an adult does not have socks, there will be adult socks available to purchase for $2 each.
The party package only includes 16 children including the birthday child and siblings. If you would like to add on additional children, the cost is $10 per child (maximum 20 children). The facility will only allow 20 children to comfortably play and be seated in the party room. We will not be able to accommodate more than 20 children at a time.
The $150 deposit is non-refundable. You are able to reschedule your party at a later date if something comes up (sickness, family emergency, etc.) If you choose not to reschedule, then you will be forfeiting your deposit.
